NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the Municipal Clerk for the Township of Plumsted, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey on Wednesday, March 10, 2010, at 9:30 AM prevailing time in the Conference Room of the Plumsted Township Municipal Complex, 121 Evergreen Road, New Egypt, NJ, at which time and place bids will be opened and read in public for:                                                                           

Public Grounds Maintenance

Specifications and other bid information may be obtained from the Municipal Clerk at the Plumsted Township Municipal Complex, 121 Evergreen Road, New Egypt, NJ, during regular business hours Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Wednesday, 5:00 to 7:00 PM. There is no cost for the set of specifications.  There will be a pre-bid conference on Tuesday, February 23, 2010, 4:00 PM, at the Municipal Complex.

Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq.  and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq.
