NOTICE TO BUSINESSES

Are you a business that is interested in providing goods and/or services to the Township of Plumsted?  If so, the Purchasing Department is compiling a list of vendors and would like to add you to their list.  Simply send the following information:

 

·        Category of business/services or goods provided (i.e., landscaping, plumbing)

·        Business name, address, telephone, fax and e-mail address

·        Contact person name, telephone, fax and e-mail address

You can mail the information to:

If you are awarded a contract with the Township, you will need to supply the following documents:

 

·        Copy of Business Registration Certificate (for more information, go to http://www.nj.gov/treasury/revenue/busregcert.htm)

·        Completed W-9 (if you provide a service)

·        Public Works Contractor License (only for construction work over $11,892)
