NOTICE OF SOLICITATION OF

PROPOSALS FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

     NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals will be received by the Township of Plumsted on or before Tuesday, April 20, 2010 at 4:00 P.M. by the Township Clerk in the Municipal Building located at 121 Evergreen Road, New Egypt, New Jersey 08533, for providing Licensed Professional Planner and Special Projects Engineer professional services and a Grants Consultant for 2010, at which time said proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud.

        Each proposal shall be signed by the proposer and contained in a sealed envelope, which envelope shall be addressed to the Township Clerk and shall contain on the face of the envelope a statement that it is a proposal on said item.

      Standardized submission requirements and selection criteria for all proposals may be obtained from the Township Clerk’s Office at 121 Evergreen Road, New Egypt, New Jersey 08533, during normal business hours.

       All proposers are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 and N.J.S.A. 52:32-44.  Proposals which do not include a copy of the proposer’s Business Registration Certificate shall be rejected.  All proposers must be fully licensed to carry out the duties of their respective professions as required by State law.

      The Township reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and waive any informality or technicality in any proposal.
