Notice of Solicitations for 2022 Professional Service Proposals for the Plumsted MUA

NOTICE OF SOLICITATION OF PROPOSALS FOR 2022 PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals will be received by the Plumsted MUA on or before Tuesday, January 11, 2022 at 1:00 P.M. by the PMUA Executive Director in the Municipal Building located at 121 Evergreen Road, New Egypt, New Jersey 08533, at which time said proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud for providing the following professional services in 2022.  The PMUA intends to award these services at its Annual Reorganization Meeting on February 15, 2022.

      
Each proposal shall be signed by the proposer and contained in a sealed envelope, which envelope shall be addressed to the Plumsted MUA and shall contain on the face of the envelope a statement that it is a proposal on said item.  Please provide three (3) copies of said proposal.

Standardized submission requirements and selection criteria for all proposals may be obtained from the Plumsted MUA Office at 121 Evergreen Road, New Egypt, New Jersey 08533, during normal business hours. To request a copy of the requirements please send an email to pmua@plumsted.org.

All proposers are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq.  and N.J.S.A. 52:32-44.  Proposals which do not include a copy of the proposer’s Business Registration Certificate shall be rejected.  All proposers must be fully licensed to carry out the duties of their respective professions as required by State law.

The Plumsted MUA reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and waive any informality or technicality in any proposal.
