PLUMSTED MUNICIPAL UTLITY AUTHORITY ANNUAL NOTICE OF SOLICITATION OF PROPOSALS FOR 2023 PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals will be received by the Plumsted MUA on or before Tuesday, February 7, 2023 by 1 P. M. by the PMUA Executive Director in the Municipal Building located at 121 Evergreen Road, New Egypt, NJ 08533, at which time said proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud for providing the following professional services in 2023-2024.

• Authority Attorney
• Auditor             
• Bond Counsel                              
• Engineer

Each proposal shall be signed by the proposer and contained in a sealed envelope, which envelope shall be addressed to the Plumsted MUA and shall contain on the face of the envelope a statement that it is a proposal on said item. Please provide three (3) copies of each proposal.

Standardized submission requirements and selection criteria for all proposals may be obtained from the Plumsted MUA Secretary at 121 Evergreen Road, New Egypt, NJ 08533, during normal business hours.

All proposers are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.S.A. 52:32-44.  Proposals which do not include a copy of the proposer’s Business Registration Certificate shall be rejected.  All proposers must be licensed to carry out the duties of their respective professions as required by State law.

The Plumsted MUA reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and waive any informality or technicality in any proposal.
