Pride in Plumsted Announcement

The plaque for Sgt. David Southard Plaza was installed on Wednesday, December 1st.
It was originally scheduled to be installed November 11th, Veteran's Day, but due to problems with the supply chain it was delayed.
The plaque was donated by a member of the American Legion Post #455.
