VOTER INFORMATION - JULY 7th PRIMARY ELECTION

REGISTER TO VOTE - Deadline is June 16th

To register in New Jersey you must be:

• A United States citizen
• At least 17 years old, and understand that you may not vote until reaching the age of 18
• An Ocean County for 30 days before the election
• NOT currently serving a sentence, probation or parole because of a felony conviction

VOTE BY MAIL - Deadline is July 7th

In New Jersey, any voter can vote by mail. You do not need a reason to vote by mail. Don't feel like going to the polls? Simply vote by mail. Now there is no excuse not to vote!

You may apply for a mail-in ballot if you are a qualified and registered voter by written application to this office. Please return your ballot in the mail, deliver to Election Board or deliver to a Ballot Drop-Off Box by 8pm on July 7th.

Requirements:

• Sign your name as it appears in the registry book
• Submit your request up to 7 days before any and all elections (Primary, General, School, etc.)
• Any mail-in voter who fails to apply by the deadline may apply in person to the office on any day up to 3:00 P.M. of the day before the Election
