Memorial Day Parade

Plumsted Township’s Memorial Day Parade returns Monday, May 30. Activities kick off at 10 a.m. with the parade beginning at 1:01 p.m. American Legion Post 455 will hold their Memorial Day Ceremony following the parade (2 Meadowbrook Lane).

The parade will start at Bright Road at 1:01 p.m. and follow along North Main Street, Main Street and Jacobstown Road to Meadowbrook Lane. In addition to our stores and restaurants along the parade route that will be open and ready to serve you, visit our displays by these local businesses and organizations:

Parking

North Main Street, Main Street, and Jacobstown Road to Meadowbrook Lane will be our parade route with no parking, but other street parking is available where permitted. Parking lots are available in the following locations:

  • North Main Street – Elementary school parking lot
  • Main Street - Two municipal parking lots
  • Evergreen Road – Two municipal parking lots, middle and high school parking lots
  • Brindletown Road – Recreation field parking lot
  • Pine Street – Recreation field parking lot
  • Brynmore Road – Recreation field parking lots

Public Restrooms
