Pride in Plumsted
Mission Statement: The mission of Pride in Plumsted is to promote community pride and Township beautification through awareness and volunteerism and to empower residents to seek out projects that will enhance public spaces.
Plumsted has implemented a program where residents can notify us about small items needing attention throughout the town. We are looking for smaller projects to be done that will enhance our Pride in Plumsted.
Some examples of things to be improved:
- flagpole lighting on Main Street and Volunteer Park
- missing/damaged street signs
- any defaced Township property
- repair the Main Street clock
We are asking residents for suggested improvements as part of this Pride in Plumsted program. The project must be on Township property and low cost items. We welcome volunteers who are willing to participate by observing, donating their time, skills and ideas towards the beautification of the township.
