ANNUAL NOTICE OF SOLICITATION OF PROPOSALS FOR 2022 PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals will be received by the Township of Plumsted on or before Tuesday, November 23, 2021 at 2:00 P.M. by the Township Clerk in the Municipal Building located at 121 Evergreen Road, New Egypt, New Jersey 08533, at which time said proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud for providing the following professional services in 2022:

Each proposal shall be signed by the proposer and contained in a sealed envelope, which envelope shall be addressed to the Township Clerk and shall contain a statement on the face of the envelope that it is a proposal on said item. Please provide three (3) copies of said proposal.

Standardized submission requirements and selection criteria for all proposals are available online due to the current pandemic situation. Please submit an e-mail providing general information including: company name, address, contact person, and e-mail address to depmunicipalclerk@plumsted.org to request the electronic proposal documents. Proposals should be directly from the said e-mail sender, and any proposals made from documents provided second-hand are subject to rejection. All proposers are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 and N.J.S.A. 52:32-44. Proposals which do not include a copy of the proposer’s Business Registration Certificate shall be rejected. All proposers must be fully licensed to carry out the duties of their respective professions as required by State law.

The Township reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and waive any informality or technicality in any proposal.
