ANNUAL NOTICE OF SOLICITATION OF PROPOSALS FOR 2024 PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals will be received by the Township of Plumsted on or before Friday, November 17, 2023 at 2:00 P.M. by the Township Clerk in the Municipal Building located at 121 Evergreen Road, New Egypt, New Jersey 08533, at which time said proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud for the provision of the following professional services in 2024:

• Municipal Attorney                              Public Defender                            Prosecutor
• Bond Counsel                                     Alternate Public Defender            Alternate Prosecutor
• Hearing Officer                                   Township Engineer                       Special Projects Engineer
• Alternate Hearing Officer                    Labor Counsel                              Fee Accountant
• Professional Planner                          Municipal Auditor                          Financial Advisor
• Bankruptcy Attorney                           Tax Appeal Attorney                     In Rem Foreclosure Attorney
• Planning/Land Use Attorney               Affordable Housing Attorney        Redevelopment Counsel
• Planning/Land Use Engineer              Special Counsel                           Alternate Redevelopment Counsel
• Grants Consultant

Each proposal shall be signed by the proposer and must be enclosed in a sealed envelope, which envelope shall be addressed to the Township Clerk and shall contain a statement on the face of the envelope that it is a proposal on said item.  Please provide three (3) copies of said proposal.

Standardized submission requirements and selection criteria for all proposals are available electronically by submitting an email to depmunicipalclerk@plumsted.org.  Please provide the following information with your request:  company name, address, contact person, and email address.  Proposals should be directly from the said email sender, and any proposals made from documents provided second-hand are subject to rejection.  All proposers are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 and N.J.S.A. 52:32-44.

Proposers are requested to include a copy of their Business Registration Certificate with their proposal.  All proposers must be fully licensed to carry out the duties of their respective professions as required by State law.

The Township reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and waive any informality or technicality in any proposal.
