Attention Licensed NJ Plumbers

The Plumsted MUA is preparing to activate a new sanitary sewer collection and treatment system for the Downtown New Egypt region.  All residents participating in the system have been notified of the connection requirements and estimated timeline (currently mid-November).  The PMUA is also offering a loan reimbursement program to help residents offset the cost of the connection. 

The PMUA is soliciting a list of licensed plumbers interested in providing the services needed for residents to make connection to the system and abandon existing septic/cesspool systems.  The PMUA is also interested in companies willing to forego resident payment until the loan is processed (2-4 weeks) and residents receive assistance from the PMUA. 

If interested, please provide the following information in an email to pmua@plumsted.org.  The PMUA will provide a listing of interested plumbers on its website for residents to access.
