Fill out the Vote-by-Mail Ballot you receive and return it:

On Election Day, only disabled voters who are unable to fill out a Vote-By-Mail ballot may cast a ballot on a voting machine.  Should you visit the polling place on Election Day, you will be given a provisional, paper ballot.  Provisional ballots will not be counted until 7 days after the election as it must be cross-checked to be sure a Vote-By-Mail ballot wasn't previously received.

All Vote-by-Mail Ballots must be returned no later than 8PM on November 3rd, Election Day.  If your Vote-By-Mail Ballot is received prior to Election Day, it will be included in the tally at the close of polls on Election night after 8 pm.
