PLEASE NOTE THIS IS FOR RESIDENTS IN THE LENNAR DEVELOPMENT ONLY
The PILOT bills for the 3rd & 4th Quarters of 2023 and 1st & 2nd Quarters of 2024 will be mailed out in approximately the next two weeks.
The normal due date of August 1st will be pushed back accordingly. The modified due date will be printed on the bill you receive in the mail.
