Important Sewer Notice - May 1st Deadline Approaching

MUA NOTICE TO ALL SEWER SERVICE PROPERTIES:

This is a reminder that in order to participate in the Sewer Connection Loan program and receive a waiver of the $1,500 sewer connection fee, plumbing permits must be obtained prior to May 1, 2022. Please be advised that the application process to obtain plumbing permits may take up to 20 days. 

Sewer connections must be completed by November 1, 2022 or the property owner may be subject to penalty as provided by Municipal Ordinance 2020-06.  Information related to the sewer connection process and loan program may be found at on the PMUA page of the website under the Wastewater-Sewer System tab.
