Menorah Lighting

In celebration of the first night of Chanukah, a Menorah Lighting Ceremony will take place in the Plumsted Municipal Building lobby, on December 7th, at 5pm. Chanukah is the Jewish eight-day “festival of lights,” celebrated with a nightly menorah lighting. One additional candle is a kindled each evening at sunset, coupled with a special prayer. Please join us and collect your free spinning dreidel.
