Ocean County Opioid Advisory Council

REQUEST FOR LETTERS OF INTEREST (Due by October 15, 2023)

The Ocean County Opioid Advisory Council (OCOAC) is seeking interested residents of Ocean to participate in the review and evaluation of proposals from organizations requesting funding for substance use disorder related programming. The OCOAC specifically wishes to invite individuals with lived experience with substance use disorder, including those in long term recovery, family members, and friends to participate.

Members of the OCOAC's Proposal Review Committee will be charged with the review and evaluation of proposals for funding, and making recommendations to the Board of Commissioners. The OCOAC invites additional reviewers to participate in this process to ensure transparency and accountability.
