Plumsted Appoints New Business Administrator

As Mayor, I am proud to introduce Mrs. Jennifer Witham as our new part-time Business Administrator. She will continue her role as the Registered Municipal Clerk and Registrar for Plumsted.

Jennifer has been a resident of the town over 22 years.  She grew up in Hamilton Township and received her Bachelor’s degree and MBA from Rider University. She has been married to her husband Larry for 26 years.  They are active members of our community; Larry has served on the Board of Education for the past seven years.  They have proudly raised their four daughters here, each attending Plumsted schools.  Three of them are currently in college and one a junior in the high school. 

Jennifer started working for the Township in 2011 and has been the Municipal Clerk since 2018.  She is excited to continue to serve the residents of Plumsted and is happy to be part of this wonderful, rural community.
