UPDATE-ROAD CLOSURES AND STORM DAMAGE

Plumsted Township official are aware of numerous flooded streets, as well as fallen trees and branches throughout the community. This is especially impacting the Oakford Lake area. Please remember to exercise caution when traveling on our roadways.

The fishing dock and entry points to the Oakford Lake bridge are currently submerged. Also, be advised that approximately a quarter of the parking lot across from pump house is flooded.

Additionally, all recreational areas are presently flooded and are CLOSED until further notice. 

If residents are aware of specific instances of flooding and fallen trees, which have not been addressed as of yet, and may be impeding traffic or causing other safety hazards, please contact the Plumsted Township Police Department.
