Welcoming Ray's Roadside Kitchen to Plumsted Township

Ray Sheehan celebrated the "official" Grand Opening of Ray's Roadside Kitchen with a ribbon cutting ceremony on October 12th. The restaurant is located at 465 Route 539 in Cream Ridge. Hours of operation are 11:30 am to 7:30 pm, Wednesday through Saturday, offering eat-in or take-out lunch and dinner favorites. Specialties include Southern fried chicken, handcrafted burgers, wings, as well as award winning, authentic BBQ sauces.
